Went to this place to get mine and my cousin’s eyebrows done on 14/01/23 at 12:50pm. We experienced appalling customer service. The lady working was focusing more on get through as many customers as she can instead of customer satisfaction of the customers she was dealing with. She rushed both our eyebrows and payments so she could quickly get to the next customer. She did not even offer to brush off the hairs from our face that had fallen because of the threading. I am not expecting her to brush the hairs of herself from our faces but I believe it is common courtesy to offer at least a tissue to do so. Moreover, when my cousin asked her to remove the obvious visible hairs from the middle of her eyebrows and the side of her brow, the eyebrow lady loudly sighed (extremely rude and disrespectful) and said ‘jaldi karo mere customer hai (hurry up, I’ve got other customers)’. This was ridiculous. I understand that it was starting to get busy but that does not mean you give attitude to the customer you’re dealing with and act like you want to kick them out. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this from the same lady. I was rushed as a customer the last 2 times I went as well. I’ve attached photos below. Zoom in and you can see hairs on the side of both my brows and tiny hairs in places here and there. And you can also see some hairs that I wasn’t able to quickly brush off after they fell out during the threading. I don’t understand what I paid for. If this was the result I wanted, I would have done it myself. If you cannot provide satisfactory customer service and act like you are at a major inconvenience every time a customer asks you to fix something you clearly didn’t do properly, then maybe this field isn’t for you.

I had an appointment for balayage. Was attended by SHINE, who was my hair dresser for the routine. She was very genuine in her consultation and amazing with her work. Always smiling, listening with patience and responding to all my queries too. She made sure every detail of my service was A star. Including the way she finished the job by perfect blow dry. No complaints and certainly cannot for the coffee which never came to me 😁🤣. But will definitely visit again for my keratin in the coming week.

Please train your staff better. I came in today to the Westpoint store- the lady who did my eyebrows spent less than 2 minutes on them. I was the only customer in the shop, as soon as someone else walked in she somehow at the same time said I’m done to mine and walked away before I even saw them. They were not done, there are extras everywhere right now. I even called to her to tell her to do it again but she said no it’s fine. $15 to not even do a job correctly is terrible. Never had a bad experience at of the other branches one but please train your Westpoint staff especially that woman to not rush and listen to the customer if they want their eyebrows done properly. She was in a rush for no reason.

I have been doing my eye brows threading since a couple of months now. Since last Saturday I had a good experience every time I came here. Amanda and Jagdeep did marvellous job in my eyebrows. Last Saturday I came to the branch at Blacktown Westpoint in the evening at about like 3:00p.m. I do not know the girls name but she was very rude to me. She definitely didn’t have patience to do my eyebrows and was too fast. The fact that I couldn’t cope up to her fast work was a problem to her and she spoke rudely to me. Never had a bad experience like that before over there. disappointed about last Saturday

I went to the Westpoint shopping centre Indian Beauty Secrets and I was unimpressed. I used to go there a lot to get my eyebrows done but this time when I went I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. It was a day they were understaffed and there was only one lady working at the time. I waited for about 5 minutes before I noticed a girl walk in. She’s not in uniform but she’s talking to the lady saying that she’s able to do eyebrows. At first I let it pass, letting her know I like my eyebrows thick, and let her have a go, but I notice she’s a bit slow and I can feel that she isn’t able to thread the hair on my eyebrow. Again, I’m being very patient and when she says to have a look, I do and I’m surprised to see it’s half done. I let her know that she missed in between my brows and under completely and let her have another try. I was iffy about it this time since she was again not able to capture the hair and when she did it hurt a lot more for her to thread it off. When I have a look again, it still looks the same and at this point I’ve had enough. I gave my money and left, extremely unsatisfied. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done many times but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was really messy and unprofessional. Another experience I had is what made me not come here anymore. A close relative of mine was influenced into buying a brand of shampoo, conditioner and oil called Enzo by possibly the owner. The moment we tried it, it made our hair extremely dry and damaged it more. It costed a lot of money, only to ruin our hair. Indian Beauty Secrets used to be good, until these experiences just made me not want to come anymore. Be careful.
